What's Your Favorite Movie Genre

I like epic movies best of all. Movies that have lots of scenery. Either mountains and forests (LOTR) or movies that take me to different planets (Star Wars -> The new ones.) I enjoy Action movies with lots of explosions and basically Sci-Fi movies as well. Dramas usually bore me and movies that are too Intellectual as well. Comedies are great but only if the jokes are a little dark and dirty... I don't usually LOL at clean humor.

What about you?

Sci-fi is not my type. I love school-life "dark and dirty" comedy movies like Ageon said.
And yeah - I do love movies set in the world of myth, magic and might but if they are not good - they suck even low. The difference is LOTR (which was AWSM) and some other stupid movies like Beowulf (it sucked for me).

I really love comedy movies, like Monty Python or parodies...
Then I like sci-fi movies like Star Trek.. with many races, good story and starships...
Historical movies.. really awesome, great help when you wanna learn history...
Horror movies... no comment on these...

documentary (can't think of any)

scie-fic movies like matrix .

martial arts movies especially Japanese or Chinese ones like jetlee or bruce lee and Jakie chan

comedy and action like chaoline soccer .
historical like heaven's kingdom and other movies

and Horror like saw series .

I love Horror like Saw,The ring,The grudge,
Action like...The transporter,blade

horror , i love horror movies like grudge or anything with lot of blood

I love comedy. As a test preping student, it helps me relieve a lot of stress.

i like action, comedy and sci-fi

but when there are all of them in one movie then it must me awesome... like the Transformers, and Robin Hood: Men in Tights

If Death Note is a horror movie... then you can say i like horror 2.... but it depends on the plot... storyline DN had very good story behind all that

and Transformer.... i do not know why but i really like that movie

Matrix trilogy was bit serious movie, but it does not mean it was a bad one i like that 2

and of course The X-Files 2 bad the newest movie was junk......
previous movies were way better :O And Gillian Anderson looks hotter with shorter hair
