Ways to Make M4DN3SS better!

I suggest we open an avatar drive

People create avatars and then drop them off in a thread. The admin will then add them to the library

and if that works well we can try making a sig library as well

That's an innovative idea. If you would like, you can create one such thread in the "Imaginationland" and I'll "sticky" it. Or else, if you want, I can create the thread as well. Good idea!

^ agreed with you ! and there is an other idea Bj-san told me about the possibility asking bluelaguna to add link to Madness instead of L-F until L-F comes back

Hmm, I was thinking of the same thing, but for that, I think the site needs to be larger. However, I will still try to contact BL and tell him to link up the site - though I will need help on how to ask him of that . Any suggestions, something to boost the confidence and potential level of the mail that I - or someone else - is going to send him?

well this forum is still growing , and we don't have so many members and even the active members are most of the time at the forum games lol

but it is a matter of time when we'll have enough members to grow up the other sections I guess

The other thing we need to do is making the Forums Games Posts doesn't count .

The problem with your theory is that as more members join, they see that forum games is the most active section, so they too will join in (Or just leave) and the cycle will continue.

I've seen it all before, unfortunately.

Then we have to make the other sections more active though .

its some times hard to make the other sections more appealing

o-o and i have to say the current layout of forum groups and sections confuses me. so any idea on a way they can be set out better.

Totally agree. The current layout confuses me. Now on to the topic, my suggestion is to make this forum spam free just like LF did. I hate seeing a forum with spam spree.

It obviously bothers some of the members though. I myself hate spammy post-counting stuff. I agree with adding the no-spam rule. Except for in certain areas...

Actually the no-spam rule is already there but *cough* it's hard *cough* to control it *cough* because there's not much people register on madness and the mods are not around during the spamaniac time *cough* and I just got back now *facepalm*

Oh...further spam will be deleted even if the admins and the mods are the one who's doing that,so the cooperation from the members are welcome

OH YEAH! Finally, this place is sounding so much like L-Factor *tears*. Firey! Ryo! Sab! Man, I really missed you three a lot. A LOT!

Anyway, the fact that we need more adminies is right. Are you three willing to take part, knowing that you have the strong sense of forum justice? Just say it!

Oh, and the rules should get stronger from here. Ryo and Firey were right on Vortex's thread . That's why the need for more members in the coordination. We have the chatbox for spams.

So basically, my suggestion is to send him link to this forum, so he can experience the madness, then of course we need to choose a person who'll send it to him... hmm... well, I'm not trying to point at someone, but I think that Ryojin would be the best choice, since he was the admin of L-factor for long time.... so Blue Laguna may recognize him...

there is second possibility that BL thinks that he won't need another forum and that LF will be back (we all think that after all... alright, at least I'm that naive to think that)..... so Ryo may (will) be the switch that will turn that desillusion off..... maybe...


As for the formal look of that mail... I have some ideas, but they are still no good, so I'll leave that to someone else...


And if there is need for more admins then I give my vote to those three that are willing to be admins...

Uhhh... Actually, I was the last admin there... I'll give him the message next time I see him on MSN, though I can't guarantee he'll even reply. He usually doesn't.

Anyway, Ryo's the best choice to inform him about that. I did send BL 1 or 2 emails regarding LF but to no avail, no reply. I guess if Ryo couldn't get him to reply, than I would be the last person he'd do so .

Again, a spam-free forum would definitely make this forum a good one. Are the posts in the forum game section counted? If so, then, TURN OFF THE POST COUNT!!!!
