Should People With Chronic Genetic Disorders Be Allowed To Reproduce?

Disease - it is one of the very common words in our current world. And amongst those who are diseased, there are people who are born with diseases. Their genetic design itself was disordered and they were diseased from the very time they came into life. These people's parents had some disorders, thus, they were born with disorders as well.
Therefore, should people with genetic disorders be allowed to reproduce?

Although you pose a great question dave you have forgotten that the greatest joy is to see ur children be happy to grow and best of all live life to the fullest.Why should we deprive pople of this right just cause they are going to pass on a disease as long as they are happy why should we take this right from them.

I have a friend named James who is currently sufering from a disease called muscle dystrophy which it will eventually kill him as his lungs and his whole body detorates at alarming speeds.Now,he didnt get this disease from anyone but he has a 40% chance of passing it on and as much of a risk of it he still wants that chance,so why should we deprive him or anyone else of this right?

Now its people with genetic disorders, then it'll be people that suffer form diabetes then people that has heart problem coz they can be transmitted in genes too, and why not people that has comitted crime too and who would decide who's right or not to have kids...doctors, scientists, ressearchers....and by doing that we would create a typical set of gene among that is considered perfect where it would be easy if a new disease arise to create an epidemy since most people would have the same type of immunity....END OF HUMANITY!!

Well to answer the qustion no you cannot prevent people from having kids its their right to do so even if they have genetic disorders.....instead of preventing them from having the pleasure of seeing their kids grow, why don't we find ways to help them....

I don't want that kind of society for my children where everything is ruled by the some short minded people...

i think it is a natural think... Genetic Disorders i mean... that means even nature is not perfect.... and if it is a part of nature then what right does human has 2 say no 2 that.... ? none.....

everyone has the right 2 choose what he or she wants 2 2 whatever i or you or him or her might say they still 2 it.

If a person wishes to have a child and a member of the opposite sex wishes to help, then what gives anyone else the right to stop that person. ?
