For me its definitely the Arancars in Bleach these guys are not just bad they are evil Twisted Evil

Ulquiorra is the worst he is colder that the north pole and south pole together!

For me, Yagami Light hits the top list along with Gauron from Full Metal Panic! and that Amalgam leader from Full Metal Panic! The Second Raid.
Easley from Claymore also looked like he could be one heck of a villain. But whom I'm really waiting for is Uchiha Madara. I'm just waiting to see what kind of a villain he would be in the ANIME.

Uchiha Madara and Pain from Naruto are going to be awesome villians in the anime.

Aizen is my favorite villain from Bleach.

Light was great in Death Note... between you and me... I was actually routing for him to win and that is one of the characteristics that makes him an excellent villain.

Joker from the Flame of Recca... I really like his personality... Smile

Kawakami Bansai from Gintama... interesting character, always listens to music...

Ulquiorra - Bleach... another of those calm, strong and awesome characters that will never be forgoten

Now I don't know who is the villain in Tytania.. I suppose that the four dukes are to be considered as villains... but they're really awesome...
Juslain - great character, intelligent and calm...
Zarlich - another great character... I hate them for the thing that happened to him... Smile

Idris - hmm... interesting person...
and the last one is not that important.. Smile

And finally... Gin Ichimaru.. this guy is really great, careless, yet strong... he'll kill Ichigo for sure.. Very Happy

Ulquiorra that guy makes bleach a whole lot better and what i like about is his reaction when ichigo get's stronger because he never shows any reactions or emotions and he is so calm so that reaction is priceless

I have been following new anime now....
And I would say that Vincent Nightray from Pandora Hearts is one of my fav. villains now... he's quite insane, dangerous and cool.... and intelligent person that like chess... Smile

So I like him a lot....

Another would be Miyo Takano from Higurashi.... she's quite intelligent and has interesting plans how to destroy Hinamizawa... Smile
